Tomtecki Appliance Repair is a small, owner-operated business in San Antonio, Texas. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us or book a repair, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number, email address and service address.
  • Details about your appliance and the problem, plus any photos you send or upload (for example, the model number sticker).
  • Appointment, invoice and payment records for the work we do.
  • Basic website data, such as pages visited and the type of device used, collected by our website platform through cookies.

How we use it

  • To schedule your appointment, call or text you about it, and come to your home.
  • To diagnose and repair your appliance and order the right parts.
  • To send invoices, receipts and warranty information.
  • To ask for a review after your repair. You can ignore or opt out of these requests.

Text messages

We send texts about your appointment, such as confirmations and reminders. We only send marketing or promotional texts if you agree to them when booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only as needed:

  • Housecall Pro, our scheduling, online booking, invoicing and payment software.
  • Squarespace, which hosts this website.
  • Payment processors, when you pay by card. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Parts suppliers and manufacturers, when needed for an order or a warranty claim.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties and meet tax and business record requirements.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
