Yes. $10 off for first-time customers, and $25 off for seniors 65+ and military. Discounts apply to labor only, not parts or the diagnostic fee.

If the problem isn’t the appliance, like a tripped breaker or a bad outlet, there’s no labor charge. The $79 diagnostic fee still applies.

You get a start time, and Tom arrives within a two-hour window. For example, a 9am appointment means Tom arrives between 9 and 11am. He calls about 30 minutes before he gets there.

Appointments are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and we can usually come the same or next business day. If your refrigerator or freezer isn’t cooling, ask about a same-day appointment. Calls and texts are answered Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, at (210) 209-3029.

No. Appointments are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Nights and weekends, the best way to reach Tom is a text, and he’ll reply the next business morning.

A photo of the model and serial number tag helps a lot. Text it to Tom before the visit so he can check parts ahead of time. Please make sure the appliance is easy to reach.

No. Tom always comes to you, and repairs are done right in your home.

Every repair comes with a 60-day limited warranty on labor and all parts, and OEM parts carry a 6-month warranty through the manufacturer. The warranty covers the same issue we repaired. It doesn’t cover a different part that fails later. For example, if we replace your ice maker and the fan motor goes out later, that’s a new repair.

Often it is, but not always. If a repair would cost close to a new appliance, Tom will tell you before any work starts. You can also call or text him first; phone advice is free.

Refrigerators, ice makers, stand-up freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and electric ovens and ranges. We also replace garbage disposals ($329 installed).

Yes, KitchenAid and Whirlpool under-counter ice machines. Repairs typically run $290 to $690, depending on the model and the part. For other brands, call or text Tom and he will let you know.

We don’t work on gas appliances or microwaves, and we don’t do sealed-system work (compressors or refrigerant). We don’t service Viking, Wolf, Miele, Haier or Philips.
