Stone Oak was planned in 1985 as Bexar County’s first master-planned community, and today about 46,000 people live here. No. Tom always comes to you, and repairs are done right in your home.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 60-day limited warranty on labor and all parts, and OEM parts carry a 6-month warranty through the manufacturer. The warranty covers the same issue we repaired. It doesn’t cover a different part that fails later. For example, if we replace your ice maker and the fan motor goes out later, that’s a new repair.
