Booking questions.

What is an appointment window?

You get a start time, and Tom arrives within a two-hour window. For example, a 9am appointment means Tom arrives between 9 and 11am. He calls about 30 minutes before he gets there.

How much does a service call cost?

The diagnostic visit is $79, and it’s free when you go ahead with any repair. Tom finds the problem, then gives you a price for parts and labor before any work starts. Labor is $145 to $350 for most repairs; up to 80% of repairs fall in that range and some cost more. See the full price list.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Please call (210) 209-3029 at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations are taken by phone, not by text or email.

What should I have ready?

A photo of the model and serial number tag helps a lot. Text it to Tom before the visit so he can check parts ahead of time. Please make sure the appliance is easy to reach.

Do you work weekends?

No. Appointments are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Nights and weekends, the best way to reach Tom is a text, and he’ll reply the next business morning.
