The diagnostic visit is $79, and it’s free when you go ahead with any repair. Freezer labor is $155 to $350, about the same as refrigerator repair and sometimes a little less. Up to 80% of freezer repairs fall in that range; some cost more. Parts are extra and quoted before any work starts. Senior, military and first-time discounts apply to labor only. No. We don’t do sealed-system repairs, which include compressors and refrigerant leaks. If that’s the problem, Tom will tell you honestly so you can decide your next step.

Do you replace ice makers?

Yes. Most refrigerator ice maker replacements run $230 to $350 for the new ice maker and labor, all in. See ice maker repair.

What are your hours, and how soon can Tom come out?

Is the freezer repair guaranteed?

Yes. Every repair comes with a 60-day limited warranty on labor and all parts, and OEM parts carry a 6-month warranty through the manufacturer. The warranty covers the same issue we repaired. It doesn’t cover a different part that fails later. For example, if we replace your ice maker and the fan motor goes out later, that’s a new repair.
