I studied in Fort Worth to earn my national technician certification in 2016. Most of my classmates went to work for the big repair companies. I started my own. After more than 10 years and over 14,000 appointments, I’ve become an expert in all types of kitchen and laundry appliance repair.
In September 2016 I opened Tomtecki with one simple rule: treat every customer the way I’d want my own family treated. That means honest answers, fair prices, and doing every repair myself. No call centers, no strangers at your door.

How much is the diagnostic fee?
The diagnostic is $79. Tom finds exactly what’s wrong and gives you an upfront price. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic is free.
Is my appliance worth repairing?
Call Tom and ask. He’ll talk it through with you for free, and if a repair doesn’t make sense for your appliance, he’ll tell you honestly.
What appliances and brands do you repair?
Refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and electric ovens and ranges, from all major brands including Sub-Zero and Jenn-Air. We don’t work on gas appliances, microwaves, or Viking, Wolf, Miele, Haier or Philips.
Who will come to my home?
Tom himself. He’s the owner and a certified master technician with over 10 years of experience, nationally certified since 2016. He does every repair, and the business is fully insured.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 60-day limited warranty on labor and all parts, and OEM parts carry a 6-month warranty through the manufacturer. It covers the same issue we repaired, not a different part that fails later.
